Ticket Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds for ticket purchases. However, we are happy to assist with rescheduling your tickets if needed.

Rescheduling

If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather you are welcome to reschedule. To do so please contact us at info@easttexaselephantexperience.com.

If you would like to reschedule for personal reasons there is a $25 fee per ticket. To do so you must specify an available date that you would like your tour rescheduled for and contact us at the email provided above.
